The Tandem Off-Road front bumper derives its strength from three key components:
- A single 0.250" thick steel plate forms the structural backbone.
- A one-piece brace spans the bumper's width for lateral rigidity.
- Mounts the bumper to the frame using 0.375" thick steel plates, handling winch and shackle loads.
Optimized via CAD and FEA, the bumper maintains a light weight of 122 lbs despite its heavy-duty construction.
Built for strength and precision, our 2G Sequoia/Tundra front bumper features three core components:
- Main Plate: One-piece 0.250" thick steel, forming the structural backbone.
- Horizontal U-Brace: Continuous steel brace spanning the bumper width.
- Mounting Skeleton: Ultra-rugged 0.375" thick plates designed to handle winch and shackle loads.
Despite its heavy-duty build, smart CAD design and FEA keep weight down to just 122 lbs.
